EfM is a four-year theological education program provided by the University of the South. Participants study Hebrew Scriptures (Year 1), the New Testament (Year 2), Church History (Year 3), and Ethics and Morals (Year 4), while reflecting upon how topics covered affect their everyday lives, with the aim of providing in-depth understanding of the Bible, church history, ethics, and theology in a small-group setting that fosters deep relationship.

The Ven. David Curtis leads the EfM group at St. John’s, which currently includes students in Year 4. We invite you to enrich our discussions by becoming a First Year student.

Contact David at deaconjdc@gmail.com or 804-339-2252 for more information on program costs and logistics.
